I've been writing poetry and prose for almost 60 years, hoping it would take off despite life's distractions (marriage, children, work, etc.). When I retired 8 years ago, I joined a writer's group, organized my work, and joined WRC. Janie, impressed by my readings, encouraged me to write a book, which led to Laughing with Andromeda!
